At Vitala in Leuven, our beauticians and spa therapists are happy to pamper you with relaxing beauty treatments, massages and body scrubs. During your stay in our spa you can use the Finnish sauna and wellness bath, sweet spa (steam bath), infrared & icefall.

Our rates are per private rental and apply to the entire party, not per person.
For reservations during the weekend, from Friday at 15:00, and on weekdays from 18:00, a supplement of €20 per booking applies.
Your comfort is at the heart of every experience. We provide carefully selected bath linen for each guest, consisting of two soft bath towels and a luxurious bathrobe.
When booking from three hours of private use of our wellness facilities, this bath linen package is offered to you completely free of charge, so that you can indulge in luxury, warmth and relaxation in peace.

Annuleringen en no-shows:
Vitala Leuven works with a high-performance reservation system where you automatically receive several reminders by e-mail prior to your appointment. This is how we help you plan your moment of relaxation without any worries.
Appointments at the institute and hair salon
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
In case of late cancellations or no-show, we will be forced to charge for the treatment, as our therapists and facilities have been reserved exclusively for you.
Private wellness reservations
Reservations of our private sauna will be fully charged in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before start or in case of no-show.
No-shows
A no-show, being no show without prior notice, will be charged always at 100%. We also ask you to notify us in good time in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances. A short report is sufficient.
Force Out Exception
In case of cancellation due to force majeure due to illness it is sufficient to submit a valid doctor's certificate. In that case, the treatment will not be charged and we will be happy to look at a new moment together.
