Do you have a Bongo or another voucher? Then make your reservation without entering the voucher and send us a sharp image of the voucher by e-mail (or numberand activation code) to info@vitala.be or upload the image in the Contact form. Once we have validated it, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
We are open Monday - Sunday: 08:30 - 22:00
Private wellness only on Sundays - Closed on Tuesdays

If you wish to cancel an appointment, please take the following into account:
- Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance is free of charge.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours in advance, 50% will be charged.
- If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance or do not notify us at all, you will be charged the full price of the treatment.
- Advances received for timely cancelled bookings will not be refunded, but the customer can, in consultation with Vitala bvba, withdraw this as credit within a certain period.
