If you wish to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask you to take the following into account:
- Cancellations up to 24 hours in advance are free.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours in advance are charged for 50%.
- If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance or do not notify at all, the full price of the treatment will be charged.
- Payments received for advances for timely canceled bookings are not refunded, but the customer can withdraw this as a credit within a certain time frame, in agreement with Vitala bvba.
- For the treatments in our institute and hair salon we charge a Sunday supplement of 10%
